Features of the different hooks:

1.Dough hook: 

• for kneading
• Level: 1, 2, 4
• Maximum: 700 g flour and 350ml water (temperature 40 +/- 5 °C)
• Use: Heavy mixtures (e.g. bread or shortcrust pastry)

2.Flat racket:

• Level: 1-5
• Time (minutes): 10 min
• Use: Medium-heavy mixtures (e.g. crepes or sponge cake)

3.Whisk:

• Level: 5-6
• Time (minutes): 10 min
• Use: Light mixtures (e.g. cream, egg whites, pudding)
